This fishing vessel was built at Grupo Guaymex’s own shipyard, Astillero EDE S.A. de C.V. and was completed in 2024. Hockema provided the design, engineering, and support for the new construction project, which includes the following highlights:

• Designed for longlining (Sardines)
• Hull optimized through CFD analysis
• Hull features bulbous bow w/bow thruster and also a stern thruster
• (6) RSW cooled fish holds, capacity of 6,345 cubic feet
• Fuel Oil capacity of 10,781 gallons
• The vessel is powered by (1) Caterpillar 3512 diesel engine rated at 1,020 BHP
