Hockema Group provides full vessel lofting services (utilizing ShipConstructor) tailored to the needs of the project, the shipyard, and the material supplier. We can develop fully rendered hull structural and piping models which we regularly export to 3D exploded-view style assembly drawings complete with annotated parts lists with every structural element receiving a unique part identifying number to aid the fabricator. Deliverables typically include:

• Digital files containing every sheet of metal incorporating nested parts available in whichever format the material supplier and shipyard requires.
• Parts incorporating structural and mechanical penetrations and labelled with part IDs, frame numbers and break details for flanged members.
• 3D models (Rhino, Navis, Adobe) for design review and documentation
